Drone Inspections for Port Facilites

We Excel in Drone Inspections for Port Facilites
Whether in the air or underwater, we provide you with a strong network of experts at your service.
Together with our partner Primedrone, we deliver cutting-edge and high-performance drone hardware for precise inspections.

UAS - Unmanned Aerial Systems
Drones have become a standard tool for inspections in ports and industrial sites over the past decade.
A drone inspection is efficient, cost-effective, and highly capable. Additionally, drone inspections in ports are significantly safer than traditional methods, such as industrial climbers.

Feel free to contact us if you would like to learn more about drone inspections in ports or industrial infrastructure.
We also provide consulting services to assist you in procuring the right drone hardware for your needs.

ROV - Remotely Operated Vehilces
In recent years, underwater drones (ROVs) have become an essential tool for underwater inspections.
With our ROVs, we conduct inspections below the waterline on port facilities and ships. Whether it's quay wall inspections or hull dives, we provide fast and cost-effective underwater inspections using cutting-edge ROV technology.

Our micro-ROV systems are mobile and easy to operate, allowing us to achieve optimal inspection results even in challenging infrastructure.
Underwater drones are often faster and more cost-effective than traditional divers. See for yourself...

Vesselity Maritime Analytics
Our Spin-Off from 2023.
Initially starting as a side project, Vesselity Maritime Analytics will take over all tasks related to underwater inspections using ROVs and data analysis in the fields of marine fouling and ship hull performance evaluation from 2025 onward.

We are the first company to have successfully conducted a complete intermediate survey with an ROV for Lloyd's Register.
In September 2023, Stein Maritime Consulting successfully conducted the first-ever complete intermediate survey of a seagoing vessel exclusively using an ROV (Remotely Operated Vehicle) instead of divers. This was the first "drone-class" certification issued by Lloyd's Register, marking a milestone for the maritime industry.
This achievement proved that ROV systems will play a central role in the future of ship inspection and classification, unlocking entirely new market opportunities. With this groundbreaking success, Stein Maritime Consulting set new standards in drone-assisted underwater inspections and is committed to further exploring this market segment.
To establish modern underwater drones (ROVs) in the shipping industry and meet the growing demand for ROV inspections, Vesselity Maritime Analytics was founded as an independent spin-off in 2023. Vesselity utilizes ROVs in combination with AI-based image analysis to conduct inspections and quantify marine fouling effects on vessels.
